  • Custom orders are excluded from return/exchange policies EXCEPT for Sizing Issues. Please see this tab for more information.

  • Customer has 7 business days from receipt of item to notify of any problems, concerns etc. 

  • If customer for any reason does not like item(excluding custom orders), customer can return item for a refund of the purchase price only.

  • Shipping will not be refunded. After 7 day return period, all sales are final, returns/exchange requests will not be accepted.

Shipping is free on all orders over $30.00

Orders under $30.00 will still have very low cost shipping. 

For returns/exchange/resizing requests, customer is responsible for shipping cost to send back to Luna Spirit Charms. 

Luna Spirit Charms will cover shipping to return an exchanged or resized item back to the customer. 

Custom Orders are not refundable or exchangeable. Time is spent to make these items individually. 

Custom Orders are eligible for free resizing if necessary.  

Please send back your item with the size you need, customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send back to Luna Spirit Charms. 

I do my best to give accurate measurements on the sizes of my jewelry. But if something is too large or small, I am happy to resize it for you at no additional charge if it’s possible.
